Siargao Island, the Surfing Capital of the Philippines, has a new luxury home address as Lux Siargao Boutique Resort opens it doors to the world. In a special gala event held last July 18, the newest boutique resort was launched through a runway show donning the creations of Ditta Sandico, one of the country’s premiere designers.
The event was participated by the various resort owners, local & international surfers & friends of Larry & Feilani Rubin, the owners of Lux Siargao. It gathered in one special night most of the island’s personalities. A first on the island, Lee Carlos directed the event that highlighted Lux Siargao’s character of urban comfort with an island vibe juxtaposed with Ditta Sandico’s exclusive designs that showcased indigenous Philippine fabrics like the abaca.
Upon the invitation of Lux Siargao, Travel Trilogy is sincerely grateful to have graced this occasion. Truly, it was one fantastic & sparkling night on the island.
